Política de reembolso
If you want to return something you bought from Morea Polo Saddlery because you changed your mind, you can get store credit for the same amount you paid (getting your money back depends on Morea Polo Saddlery's decision). Customized products are non-returnable.
Here's what you need to do:
- Email moreapolosaddlery@gmail.com to ask for a return.
- Send back the item to the address they give you within 14 days of when you bought it. Shipping is paid by the customer.
- Pack the item carefully so it doesn't get damaged on the way back.
- Make sure the item is in perfect condition to be sold again.
Other Reasons for Returns
Morea Polo Saddlery will also take back items and either give you a new one, fix it, or give you your money back if:
- The item is broken.
- The item got messed up while being shipped to you and it wasn't your fault.
- You got something different from what you ordered.
If something is wrong with the item, you need to send it back to Morea Polo Saddlery soon after you get it.
If Morea Polo Saddlery has to pay for the return shipping because they messed up, they'll send you a label to put on the package. You need to print it out and pack up the item again.
